What Is This Scheme?
The Pandit Dindayal Upadhyay Awas Yojana Is A State-Government Housing Support Scheme Run By The Social Justice & Empowerment Department, Government Of Gujarat To Help Disadvantaged Groups (Like Economically Backward Classes-EBC, Socially & Educationally Backward Classes ( SEB C ), And Nomadic / De-Notified Tribes) Build Permanent (PUCCA) Houses If They Are Homeless Or Living In Inadequate Conditions
Who Can Benefit ?(Eligibility)
- You Must Be A Permanent Resident Of Gujarat
You Should Belong To One Of The Eligible Categories:
- Economically Backward Class ( EBC)
- Socially & Educationally Backward Classes ( SEB C)
- Nomadic & De - Notified Tribes (NT / DNT)
- Annual Family Income Must Not Exceed Approximately ₹ 6,00,000.
- You Should Be Homeless, Or Living In A Kuchha/Unsafe House, Or Intending To Build/Improve A House.
- You Should Either Own Land Or Have Land Allocated To You Under A Poverty Housing Scheme.
- Up To ₹ 1,20,000 (Sometimes Higher Based On Revisions) To Support Construction Of A Pucca House.
- Funds Are Usually Credited Directly To The Beneficiary Bank Account Through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) For Transparency.
- Aadhaar Card
- Income Certificate
- Caste Certificate (If Available)
- Land Ownership Proof
- Bank Account Details
- Other Required Documents- All Supporting The Application
