Har Ghar Tiranga’ is a campaign that started under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to encourage people to bring the Tiranga home and to hoist it to mark India’s independence. It stemmed from the thought that our relationship with the national flag has always been more formal and institutional than personal. Bringing the flag home collectively as a nation thus became symbolic of not only an act of personal connection to the Tiranga but also an embodiment of our collective commitment to nation-building. The idea behind the initiative was to invoke the feeling of patriotism in the hearts of the people and to promote awareness about the Indian National Flag.The Ministry of Culture is the nodal ministry for Har Ghar Tiranga.

Campaign Duration: August 2 to August 15, 2025
Online Registration Start Date: August 2, 2025
Last Date to Upload Selfie and Download Certificate: August 15, 2025
Independence Day: August 15, 2025
Participants are encouraged to complete the registration and selfie upload before the deadline to ensure they receive their certificate in time for Independence Day celebrations.
Steps to download Har Ghar Tiranga 2025 Certificate
- Open the portal ‘harghartiranga.com’ during the campaign.
- Click on the ‘Upload Selfie with Flag’ button on the home page.
- Enter your Name and Mobile Number And upload your selfie while duly hoisting the National Flag.
- After giving your consent, click on the Submit button in the checkbox.
- Har Ghar Tiranga Certificate will be generated in your name.
- Select the download option to save your certificate.
